A Day to Remember Reassembled US Acoustic Theater Tour 2022

Written by Christopher Dallas Cotton

A Day to Remember along with Wage War is wrapping up their “Acoustic Theatre Tour” as they leave Cincinnati and head back to their home state of Florida.

With being a fully acoustic concert, the energy was unmatched and truly one of a kind. Wage War did a great job opening and setting the tone, playing songs off of their new debut acoustic album “ The Stripped Sessions”. They did an awesome job involving and interacting with the audience, as they treated the audience not as fans but as family.

But when it comes down to it, I don’t imagine that A Day to Remember could’ve put on a better show. As soon as Jeremy McKinnon and the rest of the band stepped on the stage they brought, the venue erupted with excitement and thrill, setting the foundation for one-of-a-kind energy that lasted throughout the whole set. A set that consisted of songs off of their albums “Common Courtesy”, “ You’re Welcome”, “Homesick” and “ What Separates Me From You”.

If I had to give one word to describe the show both bands put on it would be euphoric. The show was truly one of a kind. What stood out most to me was how I didn’t see too many fans record videos on their phone as everyone was living in the moment. It was truly a concert experience that won’t be duplicated, as Wage War and A Day to Remember put on a show that I will always remember.

Remaining tour dates are:

12/16 – Ft. Lauderdale, FL @ Broward Center
12/18 – St. Petersburg, FL @ Mahaffey Theater
12/19 – Orlando, FL @ Dr. Philips Center
