Hold Your Fire is a Los Angeles Based rock band, focusing primarily on raw and familiar tones, while hinting at a ‘prog rock’ background. The band is composed of 5 members, all with a diverse and unique background on music.

The band’s backbone lies with the drummer, Piot Wojcik, a powerhouse percussionist who holds the core of the song down, while implementing heavy and complex fills to keep the listener engaged. The bassist is none other but Jaime Miranda, an expert groovemaker and vocalist who is known in the local LA scene as a massively talented multi-instrumentalist, and an all around friendly musician. The two guitarists of the band are Matt Cruz and William Morris, both of which work together to create a constant harmony of unique progressions, filled with hidden undertones and details specific to their cohesive playing style. The frontman of the band is the driven Ruben Molina, a soulful vocalist with a long forgotten grit and feeling, moving from the Bay Area to pursue the sound he has been searching for.
Together, the members of the band create a unique style of rock that they are extremely happy to soon unveil. Though the term ‘Hold Your Fire’ can have multiple meanings, the band sees the name as a symbolism to hold close what is important to them, and to nurture and protect their passion in music.
