It was a night of 3 great PROG ROCK
/METALCORE bands in Vegas: BORN OF OSIRIS, HANABIE, and JINJER (HANABIE which is also a Metalcore band but has its own unique style called HARAJUKU-CORE, a style that was born from a region in Japan but still Metalcore).

But this is about BORN OF OSIRIS. An American band born from the suburbs of Illinois, and that’s Palatine Illinois.
The band was formed back in 2003 currently consisting of the following badass artists:
* Ronnie Canizaro – Lead Vocals
* Lee McKinney – Lead Guitarist and backing Vocals
* Nick Rossi: Bassist, Rhythm Guitarist, and Keyboardist
* Cameron Losch – Drummer
I was in for a treat since I haven’t seen and photographed a lot of Prog Rock Metal Core bands. And on this night I saw 3. I love bands that are out of the box experimental thinkers. And that’s what Prog Rock Metal Core bands are.
With a ton of hard driven electric guitars set up high to the fullest volume and heavy bass that make your ear drums pop, and heart pounding drums that rips you apart into small pieces, BORN OF OSIRIS delivered a performance where only one can see and hear and experience by watching Prog Rock/Metal Core bands, lots of amplified sounds of beautiful noise infused with vocals that growl and hair twirling and flipping and head banging by all the members.
Because this is the first time I have ever heard of their music and first time seeing them live on stage, there really isn’t a lot to report and say except that as a lover of metal music (and all forms of music), I’m very glad I got to see this great band’s performance. I was in the mood for some LOUD and HARD and EXPERIMENTAL STYLE of sounds on this night and BORN OF OSIRIS delivered them with a hardcore punch. I truly enjoyed what I saw and heard from BORN OF OSIRIS which pumped up the juices in my blood stream for the next two bands after them: The Mighty HANABIE and The Great JINJER with the queen of Growls, Tati!
