I had a superbly amazing experience on November 2, 2024 when I had the opportunity to see the legendary Lita Ford perform at The Whisky a Go Go in Hollywood, CA. This was my first time seeing her perform and I
was completely in awe of her talent, as well as the rest of the band.
I completely loved her style and her amazing guitar shredding skills.
The Whisky was fully packed out to support this amazing female
rockstar, and she definitely brought the heat and engaged the crowd
for her entire set. The guitarist Patrick and bass player Marten added
even more heat to the show with their amazing guitar/bass shredding
skills. And of course the drummer took it to the top with his amazing
skills on the kit. He even had a drum solo which had everyone wanting
more.
Lita did a complete set of all her original songs as a solo artist,
however she also performed a song from her old band The Runaways. She had the entire crowd dancing and singing along with her. I loved her
style of music, and her pure grit as a female rock musician.
The band included Lita Ford- singer, lead guitarist; Patrick Kennison-
guitarist, back up singer; Marten Anderson- bass player; and Bobby
Rock- drummer.
