Since the single’s initial release in June via YouTube, “KAWASAKI” has raised over 11 million views, watch HERE. This new reworked version not only responds to fans requests for a recorded version but the addition of Big Sean has elevated it to a thrilling new dimension. The original energy, crafted from the rhythmic beats of Jersey club and the heavy bass lines of trap, remains intact, while Big Sean‘s unique sense of rhythm, melody, and sharp, lyrical rap have added a captivating depth that fully immerses listeners in the experience.
Accompanying the release, ONE OR EIGHT also dropped a fresh new music video featuring Big Sean, watch HERE. In the video, the boys showcase their dance moves guided by the roar of motorcycles, forming a “gathering” that transcends the absurdities and fears of reality. Featured is Karmi, an eight-tailed creature symbolizing ONE OR EIGHT’s deep desire and determination to break free from convention. As Karmi pulls the boys back into the real world, the fervor dissipates as if it were a mere illusion, yet the rhythm of rebellion continues to resonate within them.
