Meet The Anti Groupies. This group of young ladies from The South Bay Side of Los Angeles (Long Beach, CA) continue to make a great impact in the Local LA Rock Music Scene since 2021 with their rebellious rocking sounds and wild punk rock, hair flipping antics on stage (I even commented to them that their bass player, Sydney, made my neck hurt just by watching her head bang all night long while slapping her bass on this night). They have garnered a lot of loyal followers since then and have become one of my local favorites ever since I first saw them in 2024. They have played in many of the popular venues including The World Famous Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, CA, The Redwood Bar in Downtown LA, Altar Society Brewing Company in Long Beach, CA, Hotel Ziggy in West Hollywood , CA, and DiPiazza’s in Long Beach, CA.

On this night, once again, they rocked the stage of DiPiazza’s with their non-stop wild performance. Having seen them 3 times in less than a year, I can honestly say that these ladies put on a great show and is a must for everyone’s To-Do/To-See List, especially if you love an all female cast in a band who plays good quality Rock Music. Cassidy’s sweet seductive, hard-rockin’ voice will melt your ears away while she stares at you directly with her eyes seducing you to get in the mood to rock out with her and her band. Bella’s shredding skills will satiate your thirst of wanting to see a female guitarist play an axe. Sydney’s bass slapping and finger dancing skills are solid to the max and her head bangs will make you wish you can head bang with her from beginning to the end of the set. And Kyla’s hard pounding skills will blow you away, especially coming from such a petite young lady who has such strong power to beat the snare, the Toms, The Cymbals and Hi Hats with such ease.
