Polish pop-punk veterans CF98 return with “Hate My Life” — a hook-packed, brutally honest anthem for anyone still stumbling through the chaos of adulthood. Equal parts nostalgic, fun, angry, and weirdly comforting, the track channels early 2000s pop-punk energy with shout-along choruses, raw lyrics, and the kind of spirit that makes you want to scream-sing in your car.

“At 16 in the back seat, with ‘Fat Lip’ on repeat…” sings vocalist Karolina Duska, capturing that bittersweet mix of youth, anxiety, and self-discovery. Produced by Pete Zengerle, “Hate My Life” is the first taste of CF98’s upcoming full-length album, slated for release in fall 2025.

Known for their upbeat skate-punk sound and high-octane live shows, CF98 have carved out their own lane in the punk scene. The band has played hundreds of shows across Europe, the UK, and Japan, gracing stages at Brakrock (Belgium), SBÄM Fest (Austria), Punk Rock Holiday (Slovenia), Mighty Sounds (Czech Republic), Pol’and’Rock (Poland), and many more.

With “Hate My Life”, CF98 tap into the universal feeling of not having it all figured out — and making peace with that. It’s a song for fans of Paramore, Sum 41, and anyone still chasing that carefree rush of their teenage years.

“We’re a band that brings positive vibes, energy, and melodic punk rock wherever we go,” says the band. “We don’t just wait for things to happen — we make them happen.”
