At Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on September 10th, 2025

Two mega star rock bands Breaking Benjamin and Three Days Grace joined forces for a 2025 co-headline tour across the U.S., featuring special guest Return To Dust. This Wednesday the tour roared into New Jersey like a hurricane. Sold out The Rock as we call Prudential Center was swaying just like from the strong hurricane Sandy winds, but this time is was a world class rock and roll.

The tour of these two rock music giants just started a two weeks ago and is reaching its peak. They are supported by amazing new band called Return to Dust.

First of all I have to say – Father I have sinned. yes, I came to this show for a sole purpose of experiencing a new take on the two vocalist Three Days Grace. I was so blown away that they welcomed back Adam Gontier and also stayed with his successor Matt Walst. So naturally it was very interesting to see how this will work in the live show setting. Yes, I saw some Youtube videos and their new music, but it is absolutely different to see and experience it live. And my sin lies, that I did not stick around for Breaking Benjamin. I will post few of my galleries from their previous shows as well, and you have read at length about them on our medium.

Three Days Grace show started in the interesting way. The band came out from the back of the arena dressed up in a yellow boxing hoodies. You know, like a superstars they are. And the first song was their breakout hit Animal I Have Become, that set the tone for everything that followed. You can see the setlist below.

So we are getting to the co-existence of Adam and Matt. I don’t want to score any points from anyone, but God ferakin’ damn, this was awesome. Both vocalists perfectly split the verses amongst themselves, periodically switching to the center of the stage. The T shaped stage helped the to have a spotlight all to themselves at their time. At the end of the third song Break they both came to the end point of “runway” and took a bow to their loyal fans. This was better than I expected as It did not seem to be forced at any second. Their time at vocals was placed perfectly and they synced just like peanut butter and jelly. You know, I can die in peace now.

Their set altogether was a hit parade that would fill any radio show – Animal I Have Become, So Called Life, Break, Home, The Mountain, Mayday, Pain, Kill Me Fast, I Hate Everything About You, I Am Machine, Time of Dying, Apologies, Rooster (Alice in Chains cover) (Adam solo with guitar), The Good Life, Painkiller, Never Too Late and Riot.
