20h45. Fifteen minutes ahead of schedule, the lights went down, the air thickened with expectancy, and suddenly HANABIE. emerged onto stage. It felt like a shockwave of color and sound after their last show got cancelled last minute a year and a half ago due to one of the girls’ injuries. In just a split second, the band transformed the venue into a vivid moment with both their iconic Harajuku street-fashion and crashing guitar assault for this sold out show !

Frontwoman Yukina’s voice danced between an infectious clean sweetness and fierce guttural growls, the kind that catch you off guard and then pull you right back in. To her right, Matsuri nailed every riff with surgical precision, while Hettsu’s bass and Chika’s drums drove the rhythmic heartbeat that rippled through the crowd.

The set unfolded like a dream after that long wait. Loud, wild, then suddenly tender, only to rise back again for another round endlessly. From a heavy growl breakdown to a kawaii, jumpy chorus, you found yourself singing with them, lost in the moment of chaos and joy. The lights flickered through a palette of colors from purples, to magentas, blues, icy whites, and much more. The audience moved in unison, a wave of energy, arms raised, voices loud. Mosh pits, crowd surfing, and even a wall of death were all at the rendez-vous in this euphoric atmosphere, fans truly enjoying each moment.

HANABIE.’s mix of styles could seem chaotic at first, but when you watch them on stage, you see that they’ve mastered it at its finest, balancing both fierce and fun, wild and welcoming, badass and kawaii all at once.

And then, just as it began, it was over too soon. The final notes rang out like the last flash of a firework, the girls said their last goodbye before stepping off the stage, the lights came back on, and the crowd roared one last time as a thank you for the beautiful memories. It was the kind of show that leaves you buzzing long after it ended, wishing for just one more song, one more scream, one more burst of color.
