EVOL Walks, fronted by Aussie rocker Leah Martin-Brown gave a high energy performance at the Three Clubs Hollywood this past week. I’ve had a chance to check out Leah with her own solo projects in recent years including shows supporting her 2025 Love And Other Crimes album, a very polished rock album produced by the masterful rock heavyweight Mutt Lange. With EVOL Walks she veers in a harder rock direction more in the vein of acts such as Halestorm or Evanescence. That’s a tall order for vocalists but Leah has the vocal chops to pull it off along with a cast of band members well known here in SoCal. The venue was packed and in addition to rock fans there was no shortage of other SoCal musicians at the show to check it out. The show is energetic and Leah is an Aussie delight who is masterful at whipping up the crowd with that energy. This is a highly entertaining show to see, worth checking out.
