Written by Moore alongside Mark Holman (Morgan Wallen, Parker McCollum), Josh Phillips (Brantley Gilbert, Cody Johnson) and Jeremy Stover (Luke Combs, Jon Pardi) and produced by Stover, “Missing You Night” showcases Moore’s unmistakable twang with ringing electric guitar riffs and driving drums, building into a chorus that captures how memories have a way of resurfacing when you least expect – or want – them to.
“Missing You Night” marks a highly anticipated return to new music for Moore following his 2024 album This Is My Dirt, which delivered his 14th career No. 1 at country radio with “Time’s Ticking.” Earlier this year, Moore celebrated the songs that have defined his impressive catalogue with Greatest Hits… Moore To Come, a career-spanning collection featuring fan favourites, including a new version of “Time’s Ticking” with Dierks Bentley and “You, Me, And Whiskey (featuring Priscilla Block).” Moore recently opened up about taking time away from the road during an appearance on Tracy Lawrence’s TL’s Road House, where he also revealed that a steady stream of new music was already in the works.
Now, Moore is bringing it all back to the road this fall, with headline stops in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Fort Worth and Detroit, festival appearances at Heart of Country Music Festival and Born & Raised Music Festival, and a stop in Tuscaloosa for the Georgia vs. Alabama game on October 10.
