Last night, multi-platinum, three-time GRAMMY® award-winning artist Olivia Rodrigo kicked off her sold-out, record-breaking The Unraveled Tour with the first of two performances in Hartford, CT at PeoplesBank Arena. The show opened with a performance from Wolf Alice who will join Olivia on select dates throughout the tour.

Olivia opened the show with “drop dead,” appearing center stage lying among a field of flowers before launching into the song, culminating in a burst of confetti. The cinematic two-hour show unfolded across five acts inspired by the changing seasons, with the stage and visuals transforming throughout the night. The career-spanning setlist featured “u + me = <3,” “stupid song,” “maggots for brains,” “less” and more from her new album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, alongside fan favorites including “good 4 u,” “bad idea right?,” “vampire,” “drivers license” and more.
Throughout the night, the evolving production brought each song to life while keeping the focus on Olivia and her all women band. One of the night’s most striking moments came during “the cure,” when Olivia made her way to the b-stage and, as she sang the chorus, rain poured down on her, making her paper dress dissolve and reveal a red lace corseted dress underneath. During “cigarette smoke,” she stood center stage with a guitar as smoke filled the stage, the song built to a roaring crescendo, and strobes flashed around her. “honeybee” saw her at the piano under a single spotlight as snow fell. At its core, the show was driven by Olivia, her band and the music, bringing the energy of a rock show while still feeling intimate within the arena. Fans matched that energy throughout the night, singing along to every word.
The tour now spans 85+ dates across North America, Europe, and the UK, running from now through spring 2027 in support of her third studio album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, which was released June 12, 2026 via Geffen Records. With over 41.3 million albums sold globally to date, the album became the biggest solo debut of 2026, with 485,000 units sold in the first week. Rodrigo also made history as the first artist ever to debut each of their first three lead singles at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and first three albums at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Topping the charts at No. 1 in 17 countries, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love continues Rodrigo’s streak of record-breaking success, with her entire discography now having debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, with each album outselling the previous release.
Prior to launching the tour, Olivia founded and organized the inaugural Daisy Chain Fields, a one-day charity music festival featuring a women-led lineup. Held on August 29, 2026 at Great Park in Irvine, CA and produced by C3 Presents, the festival featured performances from Chappell Roan, Doechii, Bikini Kill, The Breeders, Garbage and more. Olivia announced $10 million would be donated to 10 non-profit organizations advancing and advocating for women and girls both in the U.S. and globally. This number was doubled during a special on stage announcement alongside philanthropist Melinda French Gates, bringing the total donation to $20 million.
Following extraordinary demand, The Unraveled Tour expanded significantly from its original routing, with additional shows added across Boston, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Amsterdam, London, Paris and Barcelona back in May. The newly added dates quickly sold out, bringing the tour to major multi-night runs including 10 shows each in Brooklyn and Los Angeles and 11 nights in London next summer.
The sold-out run will also see Olivia set several major venue records. Her 10 shows at Barclays Center will establish a new record for the most performances by an artist at the Brooklyn venue, while 10 dates at Intuit Dome will set a new performance benchmark for the Los Angeles arena. In London, Olivia will become the first solo female artist to surpass 10 performances on a single tour at The O2 with 11 shows, while her four sold-out nights at Barcelona’s Palau Sant Jordi will place her among only a handful of artists to reach that milestone.
The Unraveled Tour follows the success of Olivia Rodrigo’s 2022 debut, The SOUR Tour, and her first headline arena outing, the GUTS world tour, which spanned more than 60 cities across 20+ countries throughout 2024 and 2025. The GUTS world tour marked her largest tour to date, with 95 sold-out shows and over 1.4 million fans in attendance, including performances at iconic venues such as Madison Square Garden, Kia Forum, and Sportpaleis. Notably, Billboard also named Olivia ‘Touring Artist of the Year’ in 2024.
The Unraveled Tour continues with a second show in Hartford tonight before making stops in Pittsburgh, Washington, DC, Chicago, Toronto, Orlando, Nashville, Vancouver, Seattle, Oakland and more through the end of the year. The tour resumes in January with 10-show runs in both Los Angeles and Brooklyn before heading to Europe and the UK for stops in Stockholm, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona and more. Devon Again, Die Spitz, Grace Ives, The Last Dinner Party and Wolf Alice will join Olivia as special guests on select dates throughout the tour.

About Olivia Rodrigo
GRAMMY-award winning, multi-platinum selling singer-songwriter and philanthropist Olivia Rodrigo is one of the most influential artists of today. After shattering records with her chart-topping, 6x Platinum debut album SOUR – the fastest album in history to have all of its songs certified RIAA Platinum or higher – 3x GRAMMY® Award winning singer -songwriter Olivia Rodrigo made a monumental return with her sophomore album GUTS, revealing newly heightened sophistication as a vocalist and lyricist.
Hailed by The New York Times as “a songwriter of rather astonishing purity” Rodrigo has received fourteen GRAMMY® Award nominations including nods for Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Record of the Year for her work on both SOUR and GUTS. She took home awards for Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Solo Performance at the 64th GRAMMY® Awards. She was named New Artist of the Year at the American Music Awards, Woman of the Year at Billboard’s 2022 Women in Music Awards and Songwriter of the Year at both the ASCAP Pop Music Awards and Variety Hitmakers. She has also received seven Billboard Awards, a Brit, a Juno, and an NME Award while “Olivia Rodrigo: driving home 2 u (a SOUR film)” won Best Music Documentary honors at the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
SOUR entered the Billboard 200 at No. 1 and would go on to become the longest-running debut album in the chart’s top 10 of the 21st century—and the first to spend an entire year in the upper echelon. SOUR also entered the charts at No. 1 in the U.K., Canada, Ireland, Norway, Holland, Sweden, Australia, and New Zealand. Upon release, SOUR scored the most U.S. audio streams for a female debut album ever and broke the record for the most-streamed album in a week by a female artist on Spotify. In 2022, she kicked off her first-ever world tour—a sold-out run that took her to upwards of 40 cities across North America and Europe.
Praised as an “instant classic” by Rolling Stone, Rodrigo’s sophomore album GUTS debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, coinciding with lead single “vampire” returning to the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and Rodrigo’s No. 1 ranking on the Artist 100, thereby giving her a chart triple. Rodrigo is the first female artist in nearly a decade to debut her first two albums atop the Billboard 200 and the youngest artist in Hot 100 history to debut three hits at No. 1 (“vampire” and SOUR’s “drivers license” and “good 4 u”). GUTS’ remaining 11 tracks charted in the top 40 of the Hot 100. GUTS topped the album charts in over 13 countries, including the UK.
In 2024, Rodrigo embarked on her second world tour – GUTS World Tour, which wrapped in the summer of 2025 after 100 sold-out headline shows in 64 cities across more than 21 countries. She donated a portion from her net proceeds from the GUTS World Tour to charities around the globe. The donation was distributed via Rodrigo’s Fund 4 Good – a global initiative committed to building an equitable and just future for all women and girls through direct support of community-based non-profits that champion girls’ education, support reproductive rights and prevent gender-based violence. Rodrigo was named Billboard’s 2024 Touring Artist of the Year after the massive global success of her GUTS World Tour.
Before the year ended, Rodrigo achieved another career milestone with the release of her first contribution to a film soundtrack: “Can’t Catch Me Now” from The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes (Music From & Inspired By). The song, nominated for a GRAMMY® Award for Best Song Written For Visual Media, won a 2023 Hollywood Music In Media Award for SciFi/Fantasy Film, a 2024 SCL Award for Outstanding Original Song For A Dramatic Or Documentary Visual Media Production and was shortlisted for the 2024 Oscars.
In 2025, Rodrigo continued to tour through South America, performing at her first ever stadium in Curitiba, Brazil. Dominating the festival circuit, Rodrigo performed at Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City, bringing generations together with special guests such as David Byrne. Rodrigo made history as the second youngest person ever to headline Glastonbury, bringing out iconic special guest Robert Smith of The Cure. Rodrigo also released LIVE FROM GLASTONBURY (A BBC RECORDING), an album that captures her headline set from the renowned UK festival. After officially wrapping her GUTS world tour in the summer, Rodrigo joined forces with Feist for a stripped-back acoustic performance of “We’re Going to Be Friends” to honor The White Stripes at the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony that Fall.
With over 41.3 million albums sold globally to date, Rodrigo released her third studio album this June, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, to critical acclaim, becoming the biggest solo debut of 2026, with 485,000 units sold in the first week. Rodrigo became the first artist ever to debut each of their first 3 lead singles at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and first 3 albums at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart, with you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love also going #1 in 17 countries. The new album marks the biggest debut by a solo act so far this year, and now Rodrigo’s entire discography has debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart, each new album outselling the last.
Rodrigo kicked off her massive sold out The Unraveled Tour in September, quickly selling out globally with over 1 million tickets sold, added stops due to demand, and breaking several venue records. The tour was originally announced with four dates in Brooklyn and quickly expanded to a massive 10-show residency at Barclays Center. Rodrigo also set the venue performance record at Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome, bringing the total to an historic 10 dates, establishing a new venue benchmark. At London’s O2 with 11 nights set to perform, Rodrigo joins an elite group of artists who have reached double-digit residencies at the venue including Prince, The Spice Girls, One Direction, Ariana Grande, Elton John, and Rihanna.
Not stopping there, Rodrigo announced her inaugural Daisy Chain Fields festival, a new music festival bringing together women in music to support and uplift women and girls. On August 29, 2026 at Great Park in Irvine, California, the single-day event brought together an all-women lineup of groundbreaking artists, women- and girls-focused nonprofit organizations, and a community rooted in creativity, connection, and collective impact. The festival is donating $20 million to non-profit organizations dedicated to advancing and advocating for women and girls through the Daisy Chain Fields Fund.
