Disciples of visual kei, rejoice! NoGoD bring good news from the kingdom of Japanese rock! NoW TESTEMENT will be available for digital nourishment from today, 19 April 2023. It is the first collection of auditory offerings from the band in four years.
Following the departure of guitarist Kyrie in April 2022, NoGoD swiftly rose again with the addition of bassist hibiki as official member, and Kohei Iyoda as support guitarist, marking a new era for the band. NoW TESTAMENT has been written and recorded entirely with this new line-up and sees NoGoD not only return to their roots in heavy metal and hard rock, but sees them couple the influences with catchy choruses and melodies that are ubiquitous with Japanese rock.
NoGoD has performed at some of the most iconic festivals for visual kei and Japanese culture, including VISUAL JAPAN SUMMIT (the same day as X JAPAN and LUNA SEA) and Japan Expo in Paris. The band is fronted by vocalist Dancho, a well-known personality from Japanese radio and online broadcast.
