The third and final day of SoCal’s Beachlife Festival wrapped-up on Sunday May 3rd at the seaside in beautiful Redondo Beach, CA. As with the previous two days this festival at the beach featured a great slate of local, regional and national level acts. Award winning songbird Lily Meola has been compared to a blend of Joni Mitchell meets Lana Del Rey and she kicked off the day on the High Tide stage with a beautiful collection of songs, followed shortly thereafter by Colorado’s Big Head Todd & the Monsters with their Rockies-cool blend rock. These two performances set the stage for the Sunday slate of music to follow. The rest of the day included another great slate of local artists as well as performance by Jackson Browne, Marcus King, The Beach Boys featuring John Stamos , Mt Joy and Alanis Morrisette wrapping up the 3-day festival. Due to media restrictions we’ve included an image from the Alanis Jagged Little Pill tour. As with the previous two days the selection of artists was masterfully curated. One cool thing was seeing the packed Low Tide Beach Boys set where multiple generations of fans from their 20’s and up all singing along to beachy classics, very fitting for a festival just down the roads from the Beach Boys origins. Even Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath was anointed a temporary Beach Boy for the day and joined in.
All-in-all this 2025 edition of The Beachlife Festival further validated its place on the annual festival map in a location that is unbeatable. Looking forward to Beachlife 2026!
