On Friday September 18th, 2026 I was invited out to catch Sierra Levesque’s debut show at The Viper Room, hosted by Dirty Mondays. I arrived early, so I was able to watch sound check and snag some photos, as well as some fun pre show portraits. Sierra invited a friend, Triko, to rip up the drum kit. I’ve seen many of Sierra’s shows since 2025, but this one was extra special, and I was happy to be there.
There was a great line up of bands before Sierra took the stage as the headliner. What an amazing honor for her to not just perform at The Viper Room, but to have her debut there, especially as the headliner—definitely a huge opportunity. She was definitely ready for this moment, when it was her time she took the stage, and as sonn as the curtains opened, her friend’s and fans, including the staff at the Viper Room could feel her energy.
Sierra did a great job, performing songs off her debut album “New Generation,” including “Authority,” “New Generation,” and “Undermined.” She also performed a cover of “Barracuda” by Heart. Sierra completely ripped up the Viper Room, even when she was almost done, the head bartender told her, “Play as long as you want”. I love when she brings her energy on her electric guitar, and gets the crowd fired up, you can tell she thrives off their energy. It’s also a super treat when she brings out the acoustic guitar, and slows down for a song or two.
Sierra is extremely driven, committed to her craft, and constantly crushing it. You can feel her passion radiate from the stage. Her Viper Room show was definitely my favorite show by far. Seeing her perform especially with a live drummer set it to a new level. Sierra is a little rocker, she is like a mixture of Ann Wilson, Avril Levigne, and Lisa Loeb.
Triko on drums created and brought this live performance to a level I wasn’t expecting, and boy did he deliver. He ripped up that kit. Talk about feeling Sierra’s passion, adding live drums was pure raw energy.
Sierra is definitely a singer and guitarist to keep your eye on. Fun fact: Sierra plays multiple instruments including the piano, drums, and guitar of course. Make sure you follow her on all social media platforms.
