Rock icons KISS have announced the upcoming release of their brand-new documentary KISS: End of The Road, set to debut this fall first on KISSOnline, powered by streaming technology partner Kiswe, followed by other platforms. With unprecedented access to KISS’s historic End of The Road World Tour, KISS: End of The Road chronicles the final live chapter of one of rock’s most legendary bands, capturing the camaraderie, conflicts, challenges and emotion behind their journey to one last performance at Madison Square Garden, while also exploring how the band plans to carry its legacy forward in the years ahead. Pophouse has partnered with Mercury Studios to bring the film, directed by DJ Viola and produced by Leslie Greif of Big Dreams Entertainment & Elemeno Productions, to audiences worldwide.
“The End of The Road World Tour was the culmination of fifty years of touring to elevate the live concert experience for fans old and new. A defining moment in KISS history,” Paul Stanley shares. “The documentary takes everyone along with us to see and be a part of all the unseen moments that made this last tour one of the wildest, most memorable rides of our career. We can’t wait for the world to see it through our eyes for the very first time and relive the magic of these shows.”
Gene Simmons adds, “This documentary showcases the closing chapter of our touring career, back in NY where it all started for us. The Madison Square Garden shows were full of raw energy and the film gives an inside perspective for the very first time. We can’t wait for everyone to see it and experience the world of KISS in a way they’ve never seen before. “
KISS will premiere KISS: End of The Road across a number of platforms, to be announced throughout fall, beginning with a special live streaming event on KISSOnline on November 19th. The event will be presented by Mercury Studios, the world’s leading music-focused content studio, following its hugely successful live stream of Ozzy Osbourne’s final live performance in 2025.
The documentary is available for pre-order today ahead of its November 19 live premiere on KISSOnline, with pricing starting at $14.99 and regional pricing available. Fans will also have a seven-day viewing window following the premiere. Full details can be found at endoftheroad.kissonline.com. KISS VIP and KISS Army members will also receive exclusive discount codes beginning today, delivered directly to members.
DJ Viola, Director of KISS: End of The Road, said: “What’s extraordinary about getting this close to KISS is discovering just how personal it all is. Behind the spectacle is a deeply felt responsibility to the KISS Army. This film follows them relentlessly refining the show, night after night, demanding everything of themselves to deliver what their fans deserve, right through the final emotional show.”
Leslie Greif, producer of KISS: End of the Road said: “I’ve spent 30 years in the KISS universe, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that you don’t just watch KISS, you experience them. This documentary captures the spectacle, the energy, and the extraordinary connection between the band and its fans during the final 50 shows leading to Madison Square Garden. It’s not a retelling of the KISS story. It’s a time capsule of one of rock’s most enduring bands, preserving a moment in history for fans who lived it and those discovering it for the first time.”
Attendees of the upcoming KISS Kruise: Land-Locked in Vegas will be the first fans in the world to get an exclusive sneak peek at KISS: End of The Road ahead of its November 19 global premiere on KISSOnline. Taking place November 13-15 at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, the event will bring together the KISS Army for a weekend of live performances, member appearances, exclusive activities and unforgettable fan experiences, including two unmasked KISS sets (one acoustic and one electric) and a historic Ace Frehley All-Star Tribute. Limited tickets are available at www.kisskruisevegas.com.
The documentary marks the next major moment in KISS’ current post-touring era and in the band’s ongoing partnership with Pophouse, as they continue their longstanding legacy around the world and further introduce their story to new audiences. With highly anticipated upcoming projects on the horizon–including a KISS biopic and first-of-its-kind KISS avatar show–KISS continue to dominate as cultural icons and global powerhouses.
